Dr P C Gita

Dr P C Gita is a passionate teacher and has been teaching budding managers in various B schools for the last 15 years. She Handles papers such as Applied Management Research, Human resource management, electives in HR and HR analytics.

Her Professional industry career spans 12 years which comprises of industry experience and entrepreneurial venture. She started her career in marketing and she is accomplished in various domains such as direct marketing, field sales, retail sales and customer relationship management. She also had a brief stint in shipping corporation of India, a central government organization in Mumbai.

She tested the waters of entrepreneurship with her venture in Bangalore. Her varied experiments have made her worldly wise and has crafted her adaptive, flexible nature and created an attitude of “Never Give up and Life is full of adventures”

She has presented papers in conferences and her papers are published in both national and international journals. She has served as member of board of studies, chair for paper presentation and as a resource person in the field of research, Human resource management, HR analytics and diversity and inclusion in various forum.

She is a voracious reader, passionate in research and flagbearer for diversity and gender sensitivity
